What are joboptions?
Joboptions are a collection of programconfigurations to create a printable pdf. By using our joboptions, your file is compliant to our flyer specific quality measures and a lot of errors and delays can be avoided. .
How do you do this?:
In Indesign
- File – Adobe PDF Presets - Define
- Click 'Load' and browse to the joboptions 'flyer_profile.joboptions' and click 'open'
The jobtoptions are now activated
- Create a pdf : File – Adobe PDF Presets - Select 'Flyer_profile'
In llustrator en Photoshop
Once they are installed in Indesign the flyer.joboptions can be automatically found in other Adobe CS packages. If this isn't so, follow the instructions below:
- Copy the flyer_profile.joptions to the map:
Macintosh HD – Library – Application Support –
Adobe – Adobe PDF – Settings
- You create a pdf: File save as – you choose 'Adobe pdf (pdf)' as structure and you select the correct jobtoption with the preferences
