Kiala Points are being delivered between 9AM and 5PM. You receive an e-mail once the order is ready for pick-up.

You can track the status through the Kiala trackingmodule. Accessing is done means :

- the Flyer confirmation mail, you'll find a "Kiala Tracking"-link at the bottom of the mail.

- means the Flyer.eu website: login in to your 'Myzone' with your peronal username and password. Select the order you want to track and click the Kiala logo.
